Cross Country Skiing
Kuusamo offers no less than 500km of cross-country tracks, of which 40km are illuminated. Kuusamo is also home to the "border to border" skiing excursion - the longest in the world (440km). The route starts in Kuusamo and ends in Haparanda, just across the Finnish-Swedish border.
