In the summer 2010 will start a new large-scale construction project in Äkäslompolo, Maahisentie, in the area of Metsähallitus Laatumaa (Ministry of Forestry). The proposal is to build luxury 4-bed, 107 sqm semi-detached kelo log cabins and 2-bed, 55 sqm luxury log cabin complex.
